I have been with Dr Shih for my entire teenage years but I have recently had a change of heart. I must say the very nice lady at front desk(she no longer works there) and Kelli are my favorites. I’ve grown older since then and came to the realization that Dr Shih policy is straight up crap! Unfortunately NO I don’t always have the money that has to be paid upfront. Best general dentist and staff I’ve had in decades!
Been going to Tina for years. All the staff is very friendly and feel they only do or recommend what is truly needed. Kelli always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and absolutely a pleasure to visit. Actually look forward going to dentist. LOL
Shout out to Dr Tina Shih and team and her neighboring Oral Surgeon for going above and beyond. I have traveled from Youngsville to Apex since 2008 for my dental care, because they are an exceptional team of professionals. My daughter had a dental emergency from a fall last night and Dr Shih very calmly and kindly talked her through what to do and met us first thing this morning with the Oral surgeon to reposition and splint a front tooth. Thank you Dr Tina Shih and Team! You are the BEST!! Janet R
