I had a fantastic experience with Dr Chung and her staff. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman terminology. I would highly recommend anyone who is a candidate for braces. There was never any problem making an appointment and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I’m really happy I chose Dr Chung because I think she is very knowledgeable in her field and I’m really happy with the outcome of my treatment.
Orthodontist herself was great but one of her staff leaves a lot to be desired! Karen. Other than her, they're good.
My general dentist referred me to Dr. Chung for alignment issues. Long story short….I had braces on for about three years. I had such a great experience. Dr. Chung is very professional, caring and attentive. Her staff is very friendly, accommodating and her office is always immaculate. If you need an orthodontist. Please schedule a consultation with Dr. Chung ….You will not be disappointed with her services.
