I highly recommend Tina for her strong work ethic and negotiating skills. After finding a property of interest, Tina acted fast and arranged a next-day viewing. We then learned the seller had a conditional offer in-hand. Tina went to work and submitted our offer that evening, and it was accepted. Her swift actions made all the difference. Top shelf.
