Reading the last review gave me the go on posting mine. There was a time, that I was a FAITHFUL customer going in every 2-3 weeks for nails and pedicures. The last encounter I had there, the young lady that was doing my nails was not doing a good job in that the acrylic she applied was SO LUMPY and uneven that I said something about it. Called Tina's on New Year's Eve to find out that they were closing early. I offered a $30 tip so that they would take me and they obliged. Less than 24 hours later, my nails are chipping. It was New Year's Day so they were closed so I had to wait until the following day. Go in, show my nails, every last nail that I had this particular color on was chipping one of the nails the polish was almost completely off. After they redid my nails, she wanted to charge me $10 because I changed the color!! Why would I get the same color ... read more

I obviously caught Tina on a bad day. Or maybe it’s just who she is. I came in for the first time for a service I hadn’t received before. I asked her two questions 10 minutes into my service and instead of answering them like a normal human being, she starts laughing at me and being condescending. All of me almost got up and left! Instead, I’m never returning and alerting all other would-be customers.
