i was a customer for almost 10 years. when one nail broke i called to have it fixed and keep my appointment for 3 days later the new owner yelled at me that they were busy and in her broken english said “not come today, not come next week”. so i haven’t gone back it’s been 3 months. VERY happy at The One Nail and spa in cedarhurst. now i have beautiful up to date nails and not old lady nails
I went here for a gel fill and had a unfortunate experience. The place was empty and I was sat with a girl who quickly worked on my nails, the appointment seemed ti be going good till the end. I noticed my french tips looked a little wonky but didn't say anything and said thank you and went to pay when I got to register my total was $65 and I asked to add $5 to that total as tip. The lady at the register said "only $5" I said "yes" and she muttered "cheap" under her breath causing the girl who did my nails to laugh. Im a col... read more

I had to go back because the day after the nails were already chipping off I had color powder gel with cat Eye. It was a total of $60.00. Tipped $17.00 dollars. When I went back, Kiki, the front desk receptionist gave me the stinkiest look ever. She was addressing to everyone politely, but the moment she had to address to me her whole demeanor change she looked at me angry.
