Came to the shop twice. Bought the shoes the first time, was never told no returns. Got home the shoes were not in great shape. I called about a return. Horrible mean rude conversation. Wore the shoes less than two and a half hours at my wedding shower and this happened. Unbelievable. Each time at the store, horrible service. We were treated like we were a bother. Tina Marie’s is nothing short of amazing. I tried on many wedding gowns at various shops across the region without any luck finding what I wanted. I was told by several others that this dress I was describing wasn’t available. After searching high & low, I spoke with Tina Marie, who had the exact dress I’d imagined. I made the 7-hour drive to her shop in Wisconsin & couldn’t be happier with the dress we took home. Had an appointment at 10:30. made well over a month in advance. Tina Marie finally came out and talked to us around 11:10. Took one dress of the rack to show to me and her cell phone rang. She walked away and never came back. Went to look for her after another 20 minutes of waiting and she was at the front of the store talking to other customers.
