Was late and had an attitude. Did not do the style I asked for, did it incorrectly and did not mention she wasn’t able to do it. I spoke to her prior to booking to see if she would be able to do the two part sew in and she agreed. She said she didn’t remember the conversation even though it’s in messages. Attempted the braid pattern and did it wrong, and didn’t try to fix it. Also left a lot of my hair out due to her not being able to do the style correctly.
