We had Tina Maids come out and clean our property before we moved in and went for a deep clean/move in clean. We did a quick walk through when they were done and thought everything was okay, on surface level. Looking more thoroughly today, none of our upstairs window sills were cleaned as stated they would be, the blinds were not cleaned in our master bathroom, Their vaccum didn't pick up anything on the floor, the laundry room floor wasn't mopped.. not to mention the fact that the "mop" they pulled out was a Swiffer, not an... read more
Issues on over half of our dozen visits. No shows, wrong times, different people, failure to follow instruction. Had to terminate.
Doesn't pay their employees on time, and in many cases at all. Terrible business practices.
I will definitely be using Tina Maids again! Gene has been super communicative throughout the process of scheduling and even through the appointment as needed! Jordan aka Noni was amazing at cleaning my place! She was super kind and I enjoyed our conversation. She paid attention to detail and that was greatly appreciated. I would definitely love to request her for my next cleaning! Thank you
