Very caring and professional people who put your pet as priority. My two dogs have always received great care.
I took our dog there due to get rashes checked out. I don't feel she received the care she needed - the message below was emailed the day after the visit and never answered - the lack of response is what queued this review: Quote from the post-visit email sent on 4/4/2026 : I took our dog to your office yesterday due red rashes on her belly. Kairo’s first visit was phenomenal. Everyone was welcoming and friendly from start to finish. Very knowledgeable with everything as well. We felt heard and understood about our concerns with KAiRO. We look forward in continuing to build a strong relationship with everyone .
They were really good to our puppy and my family. After our dog got cancer & we had to visit other places we believe they charge a very good and fair price and helped us tremendously with free follow up visits. They also always helped us out with medical complications after his surgery and opened up a slot for us to bring him in for help. Dr Hsu and the entire staff are lovely human beings and very compassionate and did a lot to extend our pups life. Eternally grateful for all their guidance.
Omar Abbas is an amazing vet. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and always treats both my dog and me with respect. Every time I’ve brought my dog in, he has taken the time to carefully check everything and explain what’s going on, which really gives me peace of mind. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he treats. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful.
