If I could give 0 stars I would… I was never even able to see the therapist, Tina, because my appointments were repeatedly canceled by the secretary due to issues with paperwork and their system. What makes this experience so frustrating is that the secretary takes your insurance and information when you arrive for your appointment, which is pretty standard at a medical or therapy office. Iv been seeing Tina for awhile, she always has my best interest, we work together to be sure that im feeling better. She has kept me balanced and going strong, she's fantastic.
