It was a wonderful experience working with Tina. If I had to do it all over again I would do it 1,000 times. She helped me purchase a multi-unit in Washington Park and negotiated an amazing deal with a huge credit. I will recommend her to anyone. I love the great work ethic. She's just a great person all around.
Tina the Dream Maker! I’d give her 1 million stars if Google allowed it. She’s the whole package. DO NOT HESITATE TO WORK WITH TINA HOLLINS. If I could give her 1000 stars I would. In 2021 we joined a real estate investment program based in Chicago (we lived in Tennessee at the time) and eventually purchased a property through the program's recommended real estate agency and one of their assigned agents. You might think all of these reviews glowing about Tina are too good to be true, and that no realtor could be so wholesome and wonderful. I'm here to tell you that if you do think that, you are completely wrong. Tina is more than a realtor. Her goal is not to clock out for the day and collect a paycheck. She genuinely cares about her clients, and she will never tell you to do something against your interests even if it might benefit her.
