Al and Roxanne were incredibly kind, professional, and supportive from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I truly felt cared for throughout the entire process and am so grateful for their help.
They charge way too much for they do.
I reached out to these lawyers as I was referred to them. They were extremely rude and quickly determined they were unwilling to take my case, stating incorrect assumptions they had made as the reason. In hindsight, I'm glad they didn't represent me, because they seemingly lack any professionalism or willingness to discuss a case, even for a paid consultation. Save your money for a lawyer who will hear you out and protect your rights. These ones won't!
Called to see if they did consultations and if so how much. Was asked lots of questions over a 3 day period because "that was just their procedure and they need to know how best to help me" never having my questions answered and telling some woman more than I should have.Then was told someone would be phoning me when I asked if I was being billed for it and was this the consultation was told no she just wants to ask you some questions.
