The worst front desk and very rude people .They refused to see my son due to the pending bill from insurance .They never called before or made call before appointment.They just want money and no respect for people time and kids health .
The manager named Maria was very rude ,and not doesn't know how to behave and talk with the patients . She doesn't went over any bill and had very rude behavior towards the treatment .She even said why don't you change the doctor .I can fully understand why she they have less patients it's due to the front desk behavior.
“Greedy people who, after examining a patient just a week ago and referring them for a contact lens prescription, demand a second examination and fee just to issue the lens prescription. These are the kinds of people who would blind someone for money.”
Just found Dr. Douroudian and she’s the best with my daughters. Her and her staff are so kind and good with my youngest, who is terrified of doctors! Can’t imagine going anywhere else!
