Tina is really sweet and easy to talk to. We were in a hurry to buy and found a house quick with her help. If I could do it over again I'd hire my own inspector. We used an inspector that was Tina's contact and A LOT was missed. Still finding major stuff that should have been caught beforehand. We ended up buying a house from a couple (husband-realtor/wife-DIY fixer upper). We later learned the house was a flip and the DIY fixer upper in the family did not do things according to code.
