Sent him an email of concerns, only person I have ever encountered that answered EVERY question, clearly and completely. A true model of who all realtors should be.
Dayv Morgan was top notch in helping us sell our property. He was communicative throughout the process. He is well connected with repairmen in the area and made the process easy for us, even though the repairs needed were extensive. Our home was under contract in less than 2 weeks, once listed.
