I visited this shop for the 1st time ever and it was a pleasant experience. I not only got my hair braided but I needed a wash and blow dry as well. My hair is very thick and Tina was very patient took time to detangle every bit of my hair before washing it and the products she used to wash my hair were AMAZING!! the shampoo and conditioner was top notch it smelled good felt good and instantly took the itch away! For reference, I got a standard shampoo and blowout. Charged $60 when I intended on paying $40 because that is what was listed on the website. Mind you, I have shoulder length hair. Nice lady. Great job washing, my hair feels so clean and soft. However, do NOT go here if you are tender headed. She uses a tool while washing your hair that scrapes your scalp. My braider Debra was very professional and kind and always asked if she was braiding tight that let me know she cared and she made suggestions on my braid style to not put tension on my hair due to me having thin hair. I loved the fact my braids looked very neat and done in a timely manner. I would suggest making sure they have the color hair you want before your appointment.
