Horrible experience! All I wanted was two strand twist on my natural hair, and it was hard for them to execute that! I constantly told the beautician that my hair needed to be wet in order for the hairstyle to come out correctly she continued to say OK and continue to twist my hair dry! I had to stop her there in the process talk to the owner and she still didn’t understand! Omg !! I absolutely love Tina 🥰 Great customer service and my Hair I AM IN LOVE WITH MY HAIR 🥰🥰 I have locs so she did an awesome job tucking my locs into the braids !! I’m definitely going back
My hair was in a bad way. I recently had surgery and needed my natural hair caught up. They took what was by no means easy and worked out a beautiful look.
VERY unprofessional. Came to my appointment and she would not come to door at her “residence”. Would not recommend
