Caution for anyone wanting to either rent or use this company to manage your properties. We are heading into 4 month of continuous construction (staring 11. May, 2021 to present),from 7:30 am until 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Due to negligence on the part of Property Management in letting parts of the building rot, we are now having to endure close to half a year of continuous, non-stop, daily substantial interference. The residents of this apartment complex are wonderful but the owner (TIN Properties) is terrible. Every year the rent goes up but there are no improvements to the units or the grounds. The owner is letting the landscaping and trees die. A couple months ago they put up these superbright LED lights that make it look like a prison and shine right into the bedrooms. Last week they cut down the beautiful tree that provided much needed shade to the courtyard. Don't give TIN Properties your business!
