Out of Business No Longer Open July 1st 2017 No more Pizza
Is Tin Pan closed again? Past two times this week Wednesday 6/21 and Friday 6/23/17 and it was closed. No sign on the door or anything
I have done 3 large orders (6 pizzas or more) and every time they do not get the order ready until I get there to pickup. I came in person a day early to arrange the order and was assured all was in order. I tried to call 30 minutes before pickup and there was no answer. I asked to speak with management on site during the pickup or be offered compensation and was told it was already paid for so there was nothing they could do, all sorts of other excuses. Dirty, poor service, i hate it when the server stacks plates on there arm with the bottom of plates on top of my food. So gross ! Never again!
I love eating here for dinner but breakfast/lunch time HELL NO. They are completely failing at this. Surely should have waited at Leo's. Who knew you could you could hear the waitresses bitch and be negative like they are the only ones struggling. Oh and it's soooooooo busy (12 people 2 waitresses) the one that's complaining the most is very harsh with the customers. Very bad experience.
