They don’t service an area that is 9.5 miles from their business. Called the wrong number to let me know after I was set up with an AI system for a 12-4 window time. If you’re going to use AI then as least make sure it’s the right information.
Bad business called and made me appointment for install of a split unit and they call me 2 hours later and left a voicemail to tell me they can’t come to call them back so I called them back 10 minutes later and the guy tells me they can’t come till today’s later and in the evening which I told him that won’t work then ask if I just want to cancel not the response I wanted to hear that’s just not acceptable you don’t ask a customer if they want to just cancel sounds like they don’t want my business but there are many other p... read more
I used this company for the first time 6/3/26. I was told there was a 99$ up front cost. When the Electrician showed up to fix a light he then said there would be a trouble shooting fee of $254 at a level 1 trouble shooting level. I could tell the potential to be raked over the coals was coming. Long story short, he seemed to be struggling with figuring out what the problem was and I was charged close to $400 dollars and I never got a receipt and no explanation as to what he actually repaired.
