Pretty disappointed. We had them in to see if we could get our furnace working and the tech who was sent barely looked at it. He then told me to order a part that was incorrect and left the furnace taken apart.When we called them back, they wanted to charge extra for it being taken apart. It was their tech who left it that way.
Got me heat but wish they could have done it quicker. Being cold in the winter is no fun
