Food was good, service was terrible. Waited 10 minutes before the server came to the table, she says "are you ready?" Took another 5 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Just the wrong server, I guess

An incident recently unfolded in your diner where a individual with autism was in the restaurant sitting at a table and was refusing to leave. While not endusing any panic, all while fully trained staff were continuing to encourage him to leave with them, your manager made the statement to get him out or they were calling the police. One of the most Amazing out of the way little places a person could ever get lucky enough to stumble past while on a spontaneous joyride in northern Ohio!!! I had the Thomcat and it was the most amazing perch sandwich I have ever had in my life!!! And the Mac-Arther & Cheese is just as yummy!!! Definitely will be stopping back here again sometime!!! And the staff are just as sweet and amazing as the food! Very friendly place with a fun menu and atmosphere. You must experience!!!! :)

I may have ordered poorly but I don't recommend the Stout grilled cheese. Came out cold, and I would hardly list it as the first item in the category of sandwiches! I made a more delicious sandwich at home! (But I was sharing with a two year old) Fries were gross. Little, thin and stringy. I also (as a personal taste) hate when chips are the side with an entree. Nothing on the menu stood out to me.
