Timz was by far the best experience hair-cut & beard trimming since moving down to San Jose. Hell, best experience since moving back to Cali ~ 6 years ago. Rare to meet someone as dedicated to their trade as Tim and still have fun with it. My wife was like, "Wow!" that looks great. Beard and Hair Cut she was referring to. Could agree more.
The address is a nightmare to find - great job on the owner for not making sure maps is showing the precise address. Then there's the stupid "book" feature where instead of making an appointment it already charges you for the cut - what? Then I got held up and tried to cancel before the appt, which I did with a couple minutes to spare, only to get charged $27 through that same "booking" app. Awful treatment of your customer. Truly awful. No cut and $72 in the hole. Thanks so much. Hope your place of business stays prosperous
