Roach problem 🪳
First of all stay away from the apartments, they say they have Amenities like swimming pool but it never existed, your designated parking is always stolen, even your packages are stolen, if leave items in your car, they will also be stolen. The garage is pull of cracks and l damaged, even the units too, pull of cracks and damaged, I tried to post photos for evidence but their site won’t let me. I have been living in timuquana park apartments for a decade and have never had any issues with living here. They offer amazing staff, Especially the current manager Ms.Michelle. She is the reason that current apartments maintain the way they are.
My previous experience with Timuquana Park Apartments was indeed Horrible!! Thanks to the new management team things have changed. The current Property Manager Michelle truly cares about the residents that live there and goes ABOVE and BEYOND for them. The Positive changes she has made have boosted the morale of the community and restored the residents faith in management. Also the apartments are really nice . Quiet safe community. I would definitely recommend Timuquana Park.
There is a pile of glass in front of the dumpster by Bldg. R ... It's been there over two weeks. Isn't there a maintenance person who can sweep it up? It's clearly visible to anyone who uses that dumpster.
