Great products and pricing excellent staff and customers service!!!!
Very helpful folks. Got a tonneau cover and a remote start for my pick up truck. The folks there are very helpful and knowledgeable , the work was done in a timely manner and then everything was explained to me as to how to use my new cover and remote start. In hindsight, I wish I would have gone with my first choice and got the tonneau cover that opens all the way so I can use the entire bed of my truck. I have now had the pleasure of working with Tim, and having Robert modify two vehicles for me in the last 15 years, and I am TOTALLY thrilled with the craftsmanship, the expertise in materials, electronics, and accessibility modifications, and the outstanding customer service. All the customer service specialists there are great guys, Tim is exceptionally knowledgeable and well-connected with all of the vendors out there, and Robert is a genius. This is a top notch shop. I did my research as I began looking for a modified van to accommodate my 7 year old disabled granddaughter. And when I visited Tims Trim, I knew I was in the right place. He was very thorough explaining everything there was to know about modified vans. And encouraged us to visit the other locations. I recently put some accessories on my truck and I was very pleased. I love the attention to detail. I loved it so much I took my wife's car in for a remote start and again quality work. I highly recommend them!!!!!
I recently had a van modified at Tim's Trim in Rochester New York. I picked it up a week ago and have been extremely pleased with. The whole process with them was wonderful. They were very good at keeping me up-to-date where in the process we were at and how much longer it would take.
