Did a great job on a snowblower for me.
My 20 year old Craftsman snowblower lost power when auger is engaged then shuts off after few minutes. Called and dropped off at DK Repair and repaired after 3 days with reasonable cost. It was governor issue according to Darryl. Excellent service and technical skills.
So we left a message on the Google message system, then we called after some hours, no call back then we texted no call back. Communication is key not only for the business owner but also for the customers. If the business owner is not answering the phones or having anybody text back well then the customer is going to another company. And eventually Google punishes companies that don't respond to messages and that's why the ranking starts getting lost and then you start losing business.
