Tim helped us with a home inspection, he was referred to us by someone else we had called who was too busy. We were completely impressed with his knowledge base and how thorough he was, he spent hours inspecting then took his time to explain his findings to my husband and answered all questions. We felt very confident in his report, we ended up walking away from the home and felt indebted to Tim for helping us avoid a major mistake in buying that home.
Tim is a great inspector. I've worked with inspectors since early 90's, he's about the best I've ever worked with. Explains everything in the level of detail needed and follow up are exceptional. Even after the inspection is done, he makes himself available for questions and is very customer focused.
