I had a clogged kitchen sink and decided to call Tim's quality plumbing. They showed up, snaked the drain and were so confident that they had gotten the job done, left without double checking their work. During the service the plumber admits to breaking a pipe for over tightening it. He says he will fix what he broke and fix a leaking valve for an extra $800. Another 5 star job by Phil and A Arts! Been using them for years.
Sean did quality work, installed quality products and was great to work with. However, $7000 for both a new water heater and a new water softener seems overpriced.
Paul was extremely helpful with unclogging a main line backup. His explanations were effective and clear and most importantly he was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!
