RecommendedTim's staff met me outside and was observing social distancing procedures. They checked me in via their iPad and I was on my way. I saw they were fairly busy in spite of Covid, and I thought that I might not get my car back the same day (I was getting my radiator replaced). They called me at 2:30 and said it was ready! That helped me a lot.
I’ve been using Tim’s since 2006 and haven’t had one complaint. They go above and beyond to work with you from beginning to end and make the process easy. I know they won’t sell me anything I don’t need and will work on a plan to accommodate all repairs over a comfortable budgetary time period if needed. They had to give me horrible news but it was clear and concise with backup documentation. They charged me a fair price and I will be back someday! This was also a situation where they could have easily taken advantage of me.
Tim's has become my go to place for car repairs/maintenance. They complete a comprehensive inspection of your car, including pictures, which is texted to you to review. They are transparent, thorough, detail oriented and most importantly, their prices are reasonable for the excellent quality of work they provide. Tim, Nick and their staff genuinely care about their customers, and they provide a level of customer service that's very rare nowadays.
They decontaminate the vehicle and are even providing social distancing techniques to not get their employees exposed. 12/10

very nice and knowledgable people nick the owner was very nice. He really helped me save money and also throughly inspected my car . I also got to see a personal slideshow of underneath my car,which was really cool no other shop I know of does that . Also he test drove my car very thoroughly not just down the road. The gentlemen at Tim’s took care of a tire issue I had while on vacation in New Orleans. I called first and was told to come on over. They were polite, professional and fixed my problem plus checked everything else to get me safely back on the road to Florida. I highly recommend!
