Installed a high efficiency heat pump for me. Knowledge and friendly staff from quoting, installation to the office staff for helping with the rebate. I'm very happy with the unit...running for a month already with zero concerns. I would highly recommend for installation of new units.
Great experience with Art! Was able to phone and get an appointment the next morning. Art arrived on time and was able to walk us through what went wrong and get our AC unit back online. Even cleaned the drain line while I was setting up the new thermostat on my phone well priced too.
Regular maintenance service. As always Chad was on time and through. Really awesome customer service from the point on scheduling the appointment all the way to completion of service. I can't say enough good things about this company and Chad who has been here for is for the past 4 years.
Everyone at this business is extremely friendly and efficient. They arrive promptly whenever we need them and they quickly remedy the problem. It's a comfort knowing that we have them as our support system.
