He was very helpful, on time, explained everything he was doing and why, if we didn't know, and very nice.
I contacted Tim after being rescheduled multiple times with a reputable plumbing company due to a leak under the slab of my home . Tim came after business hours to access problem and was back the very next day with all the necessary equipment to fix the major leak. The reputable company was out twice to access and rescheduled for equipment 4 times.
