I have used this business for years, and they take care of all my computer needs. Tim and his staff are very friendly and knowledgable. I'd be lost without them. They come to my site and help over the phone but keep my office running. They have saved a couple of hard drives for me. Great business!
I took my laptop to be repaired because my keyboard wasn’t working. After 2 weeks of no contact, I called to check on things. The repair guy said that my laptop would be ready the next day. I went in 2 days later and my laptop was not ready. The manager was full of excuses and unapologetic however he did promise to call me the next day with an update. I bought a computer in October of 2021 from Tim's Computers and have returned it for repairs on 2 separate occasions for 2 different issues. The first was a software malfunction, the 2nd was a hardware malfunction. It has been at ***'s place of business and I truly believe they have lost it in the mess at their store. This is not true and we are doing the Lenovo Laptop RMA for him because we want him to be happy. Don't think that anything we do will make him happy but that is OK. He purchased his laptop and new 24" monitor on 10/04/21. Was happy when he left ... he came back on 11/12/21 to return the 24" monitor for a refund which I was glad to do for him even though it was past 30 days. RecommendedGood service and excellent back shop for upgrades and other issues.
Should be more reviews on these guys because they are really good. They are really busy so expect a few days before they get to it but well worth the wait. They know what they are doing and do it right. Don't waste your time with others in this city. Tims is the only place I will even think about bringing my computer again. They rock !!!
IF you want to find honest, quick, painless computer repair...this is your best bet in Baton Rouge. I have a Toshiba laptop with a hard drive failure. I called several places including Best Buy (where I purchased it), Computer Heaven, several others and the lowest quote was upward of $250! Tim's repaired it, cleaned unwanted software, added a malware program and returned it to me with a smile for $160! Plus I was told they make housecalls. Tell your friends and family about this place.
