Tim did an amazing job. The carpet was full of stains from my pet being sick the last few years. He explained that the stains might not come out but he worked tirelessly on them and carpet came out wonderful. He provided excellent customer service, great value & a true professional. I highly recommend him.
Tim did not rush through and took his time. Very thorough and explained his process and what he uses to clean the carpet. Carpet does not feel wet and no residue left behind

Very nice to work with, great job with our older carpet which has seen its share of spills/accidents from kids/dogs/cats. Will definitely use again!
Tim did an amazing job. He got out stains that were in the carpet 5 years ago when we moved in - stains Stanley Steamer could not get out at the time. Would definitely hire him again.
