I truly appreciated the transparency—it’s rare to find someone who prioritizes honesty over making a quick sale. He took the time to review photos and explain his recommendation clearly, which helped us make the right decision moving forward.
When I tell you Tim is the best there is, there’s no shortage to that truth. I gave him photos of what my carpets looked like due to my 3 dogs and he confidently assured me he could clean it. Not only did he meet that expectation but he went beyond it. With quick responses and scheduling, it was done quickly and looked amazing after. I cannot emphasize the praise him and his company deserves and I will be sending all my people to him going forward!

Needed an entire stairway and upstairs floor cleaned and repaired from poorly-behaved pet damage. Great guy. Very up front and reasonable with pricing and procedure. He was willing to move around his schedule to get it done. He also helped a neighborhood girl get a lost item from a drainage culvert. He was willing to stay after to explain some things or give advice. Overall, great experience, would use again and recommend to others.
