Called Tim on Friday afternoon and he was at my house Monday morning. Now that is express service. I laid out what I wanted cleaned, which is where his expertise came into play. My oriental rug required separate care, to preclude having the red dye from running. The entire job was very reasonably priced and the finished product looks great. He took precautions so that his cleaning gear did not contact the walls/corners. He completed the entire house in a couple of hours.
As always Tim did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets and rugs. Always on time and always professional. I Highly recommend Tim's Carpet and Floor Care LLC
Great, honest work! Tim kept me updated throughout the job, explained any concerns, and provided before-and-after photos. The payment process was easy, too. Honesty, communication, and reliability are what earn repeat customers—and Tim delivers on all three. Thank you!

Tim’s Carpet and Floor Care was incredibly honest and professional. I reached out for a carpet cleaning, and instead of just taking the job, he gave me straightforward feedback that the carpet was too far gone for cleaning to make a real difference. I truly appreciated the transparency—it’s rare to find someone who prioritizes honesty over making a quick sale. He took the time to review photos and explain his recommendation clearly, which helped us make the right decision moving forward.
