Just picked up my car and couldn't be more pleased. Hard to match clearcoat metallic paint on the BMW matched perfectly. They took extra steps to make the car look better, even though they didn't have to; no wonder they stay busy! Tims body shop is a family business and they have always treated us as family. We will be back.
Faulty work. Windshield leaked, water poured in and puddled in console, dropped from rear view mirror and soaked floor mat, left awful smell and ruined headliner and visors. Owner, said he would "make it right". That was over a month ago. Now he won't returns phone calls.
Just picked up my Jeep from Tim's Body Shop and could not be more pleased with the work and excellent customer service. Luckily, I have only had to use Tim's twice in the last 8 years, but both of my experiences have been great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I will never need their services again, but if I do I will only take my vehicles to Tim's. Thanks Chris Duvall
