I can't say enough good things about Tim! My husband and I brought him a vehicle we were seriously considering purchasing today, and I'm so glad we had him inspect it first. Excellent experience. Had my X5 60,000 mile service performed here, dealt directly with Tim, and felt well taken care of. It's a major service so it wasn't cheap, but Tim's hourly rate was reasonable for this area and I trusted him way more than Darien BMW.
I had an issue with a coolant leak. My one mechanic couldn’t take me and Volkswagen told me I had to wait 6 days. I googled a good mechanic in Norwalk and Tim’s automotive came up. He was terrific pick us up and then determined what the car needed. I was very very pleased with his help and the work that was done.I would recommend this company 100percent. Will be back when needed. Thanks again Tim for an outstanding job.
This is the only time I’ve written a review for a repair that wasn’t made. Tim looked at my car and told me whoever worked on it last screwed up several things. He gave me the ammo I needed to go back to the previous repair shop and make them fix it for free. Tim didn’t charge me a dime. Next time I have a repair need, I’ll bring it right to Tim.
