Ignore the occasional critic. Everyone can't be pleased. Tim's Auto is an honest business and provides great service. Sometimes the bedside manner of there service desk is a little slack, but auto repair is a tough business and requires a lot of patience. I've been going their for years and have always been taken care of. If something wasn't done to my liking, Tim would make it right.
Bad bad bad. These people know how to make that money off of you. This is 100% the place to take your car if you want your bank account to be depleted. If you want taken advantage of and to be given an estimate for work you don't even need, take your car here. They will try to fix things that don't even need repair. I went in for one thing got an estimate for 18 things. These people aren't there for you, they are there for your money. Had no appointment but Jerry said if I left the car he would work it in. Then he had a cancellation and put it in that spot. I appreciate the customer service that is offered.
