I bought a 2006 Ford explorer from here the reverse on the transmission went out the day before the warranty went out. I didn't get copy of warranty with paperwork . He then told me it was 10 pct parts and labor. I patiently gave him a chance to find the best deal to repair after 5 days he finally said the warranty was the 10 pct of each . Up to 100 dollars . Which might as well been nonexistant on a 3500 dollar repair. So I'd stay away from this dealer .
