I just wanted to say thank you to Tim’s Auto glass. I had a chip that needed quickly sealed with a time crunch to get back to work. I was met at my car, had the chip inspected, and was given a breakdown of the process. I sat down, listened to a couple of songs in the lobby, and presto magic… my chip was sealed and I was well on my way. You guys do customer service right and I appreciate those that take pride in your work. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your glass service needs.
Today on my commute at 7:30am I had a rock hit my window pretty hard on my brand new Ram pick up. I called them at 8:30am and they had me an appointment at 10am. They had me right in at 10am and was out of there by 10:20am with 2 rock chips repaired! The young lady at the counter was very helpful and professional. I will be taking my vehicles to them from now on for all my glass repairs and replacement.
I had a trash bag for a window in my new truck after a someone broke in the passenger side window. Tim's Auto Glass worked me in the day I called and replaced the window. The work was excellent, so I got my new truck back and the price was below what I thought it would cost. I will 100% come back to Tim's if I ever have another window problem!
I had a chip repair on my windshield done here, at Tim’s Auto Glass. It was very affordable, not using my insurance. I made an appointment on the phone, yesterday, for today. Got me right in. I can’t see the chip any longer. Great work! Tim even chatted with me a bit, while the repair was being done. Very friendly customer service
