Avoid Tim's body shop at all costs. The manager is extremely rude. I took my car in for an estimate to get the hood repainted and we agreed on the costs. They scheduled me out for 3 weeks. When I brought it in the shop manager was there. He told me he really didn't want to mess with it, no kidding. I told him I wish that they would have told me that 3 weeks earlier. He told me to leave the car there and they would get to it. At the end of the day he called me and told me that they are not going to paint it and for me to come... read more
Tim's Auto Body took excellent care of me and my car - again! They not only repaired the damage, but spiffed up the front of my truck to look like new even though it is definitely not! They have always done excellent work quickly and with a smile and a friendly chat! I have used and will choose Tim's again if needed. Thank you very much!
A couple of years ago Tim’s auto fixed my Chevy Cruz after it had been wrecked . They did an excellent job on my car very pleased with the repairs. Today when I got off of work at Lisa’s top to bottom my car would not start I walked over to Tim’s auto body and Tim came right over and jumpstarted my car he told me to drive it over to the shop and he would check the battery and alternator turned out to be the battery. I could not be happier with my experience at Tim's Auto Body. The workmanship was excellent--my car was pretty much an ugly duckling after an accident-and was as close to a swan as a 2010 Equinox could be after Tim's crew finished with it. All the staff I met: Tim, himself, his wife, whose official title would probably be business manager, and the men who worked on my car were friendly and helpful and clearly took pride in their work. They got my car finished when they said they would and not to mention they fixed a spot on one of my doors that had nothing to do with why I had my car there for nothing and that impressed my husband and I. I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for how amazing my car looks. They even washed my car, which was a plus!
Mr.Tim's is the best all around! I had a vehichle accident and Mr. Tim went above and beyond to fix my truck! He was very professional and the office workers were also. This is the first time I've ever used Mr. Tim's, but he will definitely be on the top of my list for any future work! He treated me like I was part of his family, and reassured me I would be satisfied when I picked up my vehichle! I am one happy customer!
This is the worse body shop in Van Buren to take your car to. The manager is extremely rude. They scheduled my car to be brought in 3 weeks out. I bring it in, drop it off then the manager is talking like he doesn't want to paint it (the hood). I get home and then he calls me and says he doesn't want to mess with it.
