Terrible communication and loss of appliances already paid for. Besides this horrible review, I am blasting my personal FB with messages to never deal with Tim’s Appliances! The manager, Tom, is never available to take calls or to return calls or to respond to questions or requests. Horrible experience.

I am sorry to hear you are not happy. I will do some investigating and get back to you. Tom Andersch has had it rough lately, his mom has just died after 10 days of convalescence. On top of that he goes in for surgery on the 3rd. Painful diverticulitis. I am the owner and have been recovering from refusion in my neck. I am making no excuses but we have been struggling through a lot not to mention COVID19 complications. I sincerely apologize for your experience. Let me find out what happened.
