About 5 years ago i had a spot in my mid shoulders spine area that hurt terribly. It would come and go with lots of trying everything. i was referred to Dr Timpanelli and he in about 10 minutes did an adjustment that you could feel the pop and pretty much instant relief. Over the years it comes back occasionally as i lift heavy objects and he always has adjusted to get rid of the pain. i would highly recommend Dr Timpanelli for good old fashioned quick and easy adjustments.
