It's like trying to meet the Wizard of Oz. I joined the waitlist only to be told that I was not on the waitlist months and years later. Then I was gaslit by their front desk person: "are you sure you aren't confusing this with another therapist?" (No) and "why don't you try PsychologyToday.com?" (Yes, I know how to research therapists and that is why I contacted you over a year ago).
