I have been a customer of Timothy Weber for over a year. The stylist I had was fantastic but did not return from maternity leave. My first appointment with the new stylist went well and I scheduled another appointment. The appointment time was 5pm. I had to make arrangements to leave work early so I could get to the appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and checked in. At 5:10 the receptionist stated she thought my stylist was wrapping up. I'm so saddened by our recent experience at your salon, I thought this was going to be such a great time for my son but it wasn't. My son had been growing out his hair for MONTHS for a new look, we came in with pictures to show exactly what he wanted, he was so excited and had been planning this for a long time. He left that day with a super short almost buzzed look which is right back to where he started before he tried to grow it out. I just don't understand!! We literally showed pictures.
