Every time I visit Timothy Weber Salon, I’m amazed at Christopher’s skill! My curly cut typically takes about 45 minutes to an hour, and I always leave loving my hair. Christopher truly has a gift for understanding curly hair! While I’ve had to cancel a couple of appointments, I’ve always done so with a 24-hour notice, in respect of his time and livelihood. I've been a loyal customer for years and never missed an appointment but today I realized that I had a scheduling conflict so I had to move my appointment made months in advance. The salon wants to charge me $75 (curly cut but it's really only a 15 minute trim.) I could understand a small fee but charging full price?!?! This policy was never shared with me when making appointments and honestly as a loyal customer I'd expect more grace.
