Had a great experience having a cleaning, and prep for a crown. Dr. Wachuta and his assistant Megan were fantastic. As close to painless as I have ever had. Also my hygienist, Eric was also excellent. Great front desk staff.
Dr. Wachuta is the BEST dentist I have ever used. His office is wonderful from the front desk with Kaley to his team of associates. I had been to dentist in the past who always wanted to dive right in with what I now understand were unnecessary procedures, but Dr. Wachuta got my teeth in tip top shape using proactive and preventative measures. My teeth finally look and feel great. I'll always use his awesome practice and will refer him to everyone.
From Dr. Wachuta, to his dental hygienist, to the receptionist, Bre.... everyone at this clinic is thoughtful, caring, welcoming, and friendly. I went here for an annual cleaning and found the service warm and comforting. Definitely recommended.
I was very pleased with my experience. Dr. Wachuta was very kind and i would recommended. Dr. Wachuta's assistant Viola made the experience one of the best. She has a heart of gold and i wish her all the best.
I have been going to Dr. Wachuta for over 10 years. I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a dentist. They are very professional and treat their patients with respect and care.
Switched to Dr. Wachuta and staff due to recently starting Medicare. I had an initial exam in September; followed up with cleaning by Nancy Felix. Before the cleaning, a serious gum infection threatened before holiday travel. Dr. W prescribed antibiotics, cleared the infection-Nancy cleaned/disinfected the gums (laser technology). Next week Tim took care of a cavity, w/potential to be a root canal, but being careful we avoided the RC $62 vs $750. Great work and attitude, highly professional!
Wacuta's practice is based upon revenue, stack the monkey's up, deliver mediocre service & make the caged wait to look at pictures of Wacuta on vacation. 20 minutes late again today, which may represent proficiency in the medical & dental arena, provider comes out to deliver paperwork that ensures the $$$, completely ignores the patient - as in not even one word of kindness for your patience. You don't like it, go somewhere else. I am taking my own advice in perpetuity.
I regularly go to Dr. Wachuta's Wheat Ridge location (Gentle Smiles) and it's great. Bree is a very helpful receptionist who has worked with many of the curveballs of my changing schedule. The dental assistants and dentists there are great.
Had a terrible toothache and the Gentle Smiles office got me in quickly. Ended up having my first root canal and it wasn't bad at all. Dr. Wachuta does a very good job of making the procedure painless and tolerable.
