Dr. Shannon is a great eye doctor. However, his staff are lazy. First, they ordered me the incorrect prescription for my contacts. Then, they never informed me how I need to claim the rebate for my contact lenses. As a result, I was not able to file the rebate because it was too late and I lost $200! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS! It's so upsetting because I actually really do love the doctor.
Dr. Shannon is a great eye doctor. He's thorough, takes his time during exams, and gets to know you personally. Always a pleasure seeing him for a visit!!
I was one of Dr Shannon's first customers. After I moved away I never found another eye doctor like him. Years later, I'm back and he made sure I'm seeing better than ever.
