By far one of the finest doctors and individual I have ever encountered. Caring and provides the information I need. I actually enjoy my visits and if I do have to wait I am absolutely certain that there is a reason. Cannot thank him enough.
Dr Hagemann was attententive, caring and answered all my questions. It was clear that he understood my circumstances and gave me options for future care which I truly valued. Cannot think of a better physician whom I could trust more.
He was patient and takes time to think of what he can do to help his patients. My father is 88 and his heart has about had it and Dr Hageman is still putting forth every effort to help my father and keep him comfortable. I’ve dealt with several doctors through this practice and found them all a wonderful team. I’m 61 and I will be using him as my own cardiologist if needed. My dads heart is so weak and I thank Dr Hageman for watching him and doing his best to keep my daddy here?? God Bless
Excellent! Came in to the hospital on his weekend off to perform a cardiac cath on me. I was stable but would have had to wait from Friday night until Monday before knowing the source of chest pain and a definite plan of treatment. He has my vote of confidence.
It is my hope that if Dr. Hagemann ever needs a physician that he will receive better care than he gave to my 76 year old mother in the ER on 8/29/18. He was extremely rude, brash, and showed little to no regard to me as I tried to speak up for my Mom (who has dementia and had been given morphine). Compassion and respect are equally as important as putting on a white coat and having titles behind your name. I will encourage anyone I know to avoid seeing this Dr. if they ever a health need.
The office staff is friendly, but the nurse team is a hot mess and does NOT respond to requests via phone, email or even text. I am glad to be walking around because Dr. Hagemann saved my butt, but come one dude, that staff is THE WORST. I could see if it was an issue of a certain bit of paperwork needing to be completed, or a pending payment, but no communication whatsoever with the patient is completely unacceptable. I am a very, very patient person, so getting me agitated takes work.
Best around in his field. Always takes time to listen to you and cares about you and how u feel.
