Experienced, professional, also has great staff!
Unprofessional and disrespectful. He never knocked before coming in the room. And he told me "Sorry I don't have a magic wand to wave to make your ankle better." I don't care what the circumstances are, a doctor should never speak to a patient that way. I was understandably frustrated, and he used that moment to talk down to me.
I recently had surgery under Dr Uglem and I see why he has this many reviews. Not only is he patient and understanding he is KNOWLEDGEABLE!! He was able to correct another drs procedure and get me back on track to being able to live a happy life. I have a second surgery and he is and will be my only dr!!
