I went to see Mr. Timothy Lantvit a few months back and he recommended inserts for my shoes to help fix my flat feet. He told me that these inserts would be covered by my BCBS insurance. And sure as heck, these were NOT covered by my insurance. The worst part is that Lantvit's office didn't call me to inform me of this. I would've told him to not proceed with the $600 inserts.
