Let me begin by saying I wouldn’t use Tim as a real estate agent again. We were first time home buyers a few years ago and Tim initially although helpful, started losing patience and displayed bullying tendencies. I was on the opposite side of the country when I first contacted Tim to look at homes on my behalf. He provided video showings of houses I was interested in and gave me his honest opinion of the property. He had excellent knowledge of the area and went out of his way to make sure we found a suitable house. He did everything in his power to ensure the transaction proceeded smoothly and acted with the utmost professionalism when we ran into problems caused by difficult sellers and their inexperienced agent. My husband and I chose to work with Tim based off of a personal referral. Tim helped to sell our house and also found us our forever home. Tim, unfortunately, had to deal with a very difficult realtor while we were selling. He always kept us informed and at ease during an extremely difficult time. Tim is truly a remarkable person. Transparency is a big part of who he is. We very much appreciated that.
