Called to ask about scheduling a new patient appointment. Asked if he accepted my insurance. He was extremely rude and condescending. He sounded like he was very annoyed I had interrupted his day. I asked about insurance. He could file for my insurance, no guarantee it would pay or would even be accepted. I was responsible to find that out!! If he's that rude and uncaring on the phone with a potential patient, I can't imagine his actual bedside manner and treatment of patients.

I’ve been dealing with back pain for a while because I’m stubborn to get help. I seen Timothy because I had enough. I wish I did it sooner. I couldn’t believe how bad my spine was out. After about the third day I could really feel the difference. I’ll come back when I need to be adjusted again.
